With advanced scientific technologies, ECOLEET provides multidimensional services to improve your living environment.

    Mold Remediation

As a mold response provider operating under the IICRC standards system, ECOLEET performs all work in strict accordance with ANSI/IICRC S520:2015 (the mold remediation standard) to ensure service quality, on-site safety, and verifiable outcomes.

ECOLEET’s mold remediation and prevention service uses an imported U.S. HEPA fresh-air filtration system that meets AHAM (Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers) air-quality standards and can block 99.97% of 0.3 μm particles. This enables efficient removal of airborne mold spores (typically 2–10 μm) and improves overall air cleanliness in the treated space. The filtration stage is paired with a dehumidification system equipped with ACT (Advanced Crossflow Technology) to reduce indoor humidity and support structural drying. With precision controls, the system can achieve deep drying targets in a wide range of commercial environments, with humidity control capable of reaching as low as 8% RH.

For sanitization and growth suppression, ECOLEET applies a naturally derived disinfectant that is registered with the U.S. EPA (United States Environmental Protection Agency) to treat mold-affected areas comprehensively. The formulation is designed to penetrate and act within mold cells rather than remaining limited to surface contact. After sanitization, we provide an Australian TTO (tea tree oil) air purification service—sourced from Melaleuca alternifolia, a plant native to New South Wales. The TTO is atomized into ultrafine micro-molecules and dispersed into the air to help suppress bacteria, fungi, and mold spores, reducing the likelihood of regrowth on walls and object surfaces.

We recommend routine inspection of high-risk areas such as ceilings, wall corners, and HVAC components. If you notice any signs of mold—visible growth, dampness, or persistent odor—professional assessment and remediation should be arranged as soon as possible to prevent spread and operational disruption.

For clients with sensitive paper-based materials and porous contents—such as records rooms, libraries, museums, and high-value storage facilities—ECOLEET provides specialized mold remediation for documents and porous items. Our methods align with ANSI/IICRC S520 Standard for Professional Mold Remediation, Chapter 14 (Contents Remediation), including guidance for Porous Contents such as Paper Goods: books, documents, manuscripts, records, scrapbooks, photographs, and similar items. This approach is applicable to Condition 2 scenarios.

Our operating steps primarily follow the key practices outlined in ANSI/IICRC R520 Reference Guide for Professional Mold Remediation, Chapter 13 (Porous Contents Remediation), and Restoration Sciences Academy (RSA) Microbial Remediation, Chapter 14 (Porous Contents Remediation). Procedures may be adjusted based on on-site material characteristics, contamination severity, risk level, and preservation objectives.

New! ECOLEET now offers post-water-damage restoration and emergency response services. If you experience burst pipes, flooding, or water leaks that result in mold growth, odors, or microbial contamination, we provide remediation using standardized processes and methods certified by the RSA (Restoration Sciences Academy).
